ORDERING INFORMATION

Telephone Orders

For the fastest, most personal service, call our Toll-Free Order Line, 1-888-332-5426, which may be used with your VISA or MasterCard. We are here to answer the phone from 8:00AM to 7:00PM weekdays, and 10:00AM to 6:00PM weekends (Pacific Time). On occasion, we may be working in the shop and unable to answer the telephone; please leave a message and we will be glad to call you back. If this is your first order, please tell us, so that we may help you with any questions you may have concerning either our line of quality products or the ordering process.

FAX Orders

We are glad to accept orders sent by facsimile machine. Please print and fill out the order form, and FAX it to 1-707-984-8715 during our normal business hours. If your transmission does not go through on the first attempt, please try again.

Mail Orders

If you wish to place your order by U.S. Mail, please print out the order form and fill it out. When ordering by U.S. Mail, please note the following: if you live in California, be sure to add the 7¼% sales tax on each item. All items shipped to points outside the state of California are not taxable. Please mail the completed form to:
